Redeem Prizes

If you qualify to redeem Sweepstakes Coins at MegaSpinz Casino, the process is straightforward: request a redemption, complete any required identity checks, and receive your prize through the payout option available on your account. Sweepstakes Coins require a 1x playthrough before they become eligible for redemption. Gold Coins are for play only and cannot be cashed out.

Who’s eligible to request a prize

• You must be at least 18 years old and have a verified MegaSpinz Casino account.
• Players in the following states are not eligible for sweepstakes promotions: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington.
• Sweeps Coins are earned via promotions such as the Welcome No Deposit Bonus, Daily Login Bonus, and purchases. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly.
• Redemptions are subject to general terms and conditions, and bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity will void eligibility.

What identity verification covers and why it matters

To protect players and comply with regulations, verification may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used. Verification ensures funds go to the correct person, prevents fraud, and helps speed up future redemptions once completed.

Common reasons a redemption is delayed

• Pending identity or payment-method verification.
• Redemption exceeds state or account-specific limits.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or suspicious activity.
• Mismatch between payout details and verified account information.
• Bank or card provider processing delays.
• Regulatory or geolocation restrictions that require additional checks.

How to speed up your payout

• Keep your account information up to date, including address and payment details.
• Upload requested ID and proof-of-address documents promptly.
• Meet the 1x playthrough requirement on Sweeps Coins before submitting a request.
• Use payment options already verified in your account.

Support and policy questions

If you have questions about a pending redemption, contact MegaSpinz Casino support via the in-site chat, the FAQ, or email at support@megaspinzcasinos.com. All redemptions are governed by the site’s terms and conditions, so review those before requesting a payout.

Getting a redemption approved is largely a matter of meeting the playthrough, verifying your identity, and following the site’s instructions. If everything’s in order, most requests move through smoothly within the stated processing window.
